PREME Mobility warm up 1
1 minute samson stretch hold each leg.
1 minute stationary pigeon each leg
1 minute child’s pose
20 side lunges

Pistols (4 sets of 8 pistols)
perform 4 sets of 8 pistol squats on each leg .
if necessary use chair/object to hep with standards

hollow holds (30 seconds in between each set of pistols)
static hollow holds

Metcon (Time)
5 rounds for time:
15 front squats 95/55 lbs
30 grappling shoot throughs
