1 minute prisoner squat
30 mountain climbers
10 ostrich walks
10 windmills

Weightlifting
single arm over head weighted box step ups (5-3-1-1-1)
weighted overhead box step ups:
start off with a comfortable weight
over your head in one arm.

Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
12 minute:
1st minute 3 hang snatches 95/65
2nd minute: 20 double unders/ 60 singles
3rd minute: 15 push-ups
repeat for 4 cycles

record total reps per round. add reps up
score is total reps
