use bar or object comparable (kettlebells, dumbbells)

12 minute amrap:
35 double unders
20 russian kettlebell twist 53/35 lbs
20 single arm push press 53/35 lbs

use kettlebell/dumbbell for object on both russian twist and single arm push press
