Weightlifting
Squat Clean (5 sets of 5 workingup to a stay at home max)
Work a burgener warm up
Use bar if you have one . If using a at home object focus on the front rack portion of the movement.
Object should be able for you to keep standards of squat clean. Ie medball, dumbbell, gallon of milk,
If using lighter object double the rep scheme

Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
5 rounds for time : 3 minutes on 1 minute off
6 burpees
8 dumb bell snatches 50/35 lbs
6 Binding box jumps

If no box available use chair bench or table. Be safe
Binding means feet touch and jump to other side of box or object
